i doubt they can get another cash infusion outside of BK....they are already leveraged up pretty good. Whomever has the cash is going to want a significant ownership chunk in exchange. This is very unlikely to happen outside of bk. Just a matter of timing now.
(IMO) If RadioShack remains serious about being able to turn around the company without filing for bankruptcy they would have filed 8Ks. (Unless you believe there have been no recent material events worthy of reporting).
The last 8K was filed on Dec 24th. Material events might include executives departing; distribution centers being closed; or... receiving DIP financing offers from potential lenders.
