Elite Financial Communications Group, LLC, an award-winning IR/PR firm which was ultimately merged with a leading capital access advisory firm, Hanover International, Inc., in November 2014. (From February 2012 through November 2014, Elite and Hanover operated as a joint venture partnership known as Hanover|Elite.

Looks like JB forgot to update the name of the newly merged advisory firm on CDEX's web page.

Not good to give half the story huh lol.
