Why discuss a 1:10000 RS on a company that is not BKMP? Why??
Why didn't YOU mention the fact that Sandy Winick reduced the enormous O/S of that company from 301B all the way down to 2.5B? Why not be fair and balanced?

A)--You are correct Maninfla it was to 3.8 as of December 31st. 2005. However the question was...Did the share structure change due to the name change...the answer is no!
Further, If someone asked had the O/S increased sinceSeptember-December 2005 quarter.....Sandy would have no way of knowing what the FINAL number would be during January 9, 2006. The quarter had just ended a week prior.
We all know that the MMs did heavy shorting in December and SNYY/AMSN CEO warned the MMs not try to cover with 'restricted shares'. Sandy did not disclose the 3.8 until the Financials were released in March 2006.
Remember, Sandy Winick is one of the few honest CEOs that reports financials to their share holders on the pink list.

A) No Maninfla.....I've read their actual disclaimer and it was different than the one you provided the other day. I could post the whole disclaimer here....but we should both know that the NASD & SEC rely upon this material too. For transperancy......I do not have the link for that info..but I remember reading it.
