you know Bioheart's financials inside and out..

What is the total amount of Senior Debt held against the IP/Assets other than NorthStars claim?

In regards to the law suit, it appears that Mr.Mrs Leonhardt cosigned a note for the Company to Bank of America for monies loaned to Bioheart from Bank of America? If Bioheart is not in default, why are the Leonhardts still on the hook? I can not find ANY payments for what they refer 2? can you help explain?
