Spec, as best I know, there has been nono "request" from STP for follow-up action on the AG's probe. The STP inquiry seems to have been stillborn.

It was ordered up by parliament's Oil Commission. Both Pres Menezes and, later, the government disavowed the report, which included a "recommendation" that US authorities be asked to follow through on findings of "irregularities." There's been no public word that the islands asked the US for any action.

Now, Langenkamp, or others, could be another matter.
