I cannot answer this. My understanding is that the sweep funds are considered dividends and therefore are not lowering the balance. I'm just curious what would happen if someone else were to step in and pay this balance. The crooks who initiated the sweep couldn't sidestep monies coming from another source to pay off that balance. Problem is...that a WHOLE LOT of cabbage!
