The ARCA whale is finally found. It makes sense that the Nordnet orders would be routed through that MM.

Well we can't say that for sure. The 15 million were from end of 2013 right. So it could easily be the case that they stood at 25 million already in may

I don't know if I'd characterize that as "easily" but it's plausible.

What we do know is that the Swedes represented by Nordnet's holdings were net buyers in 2014.

Based on Hyper's cryptic quotes (drive for 25), plus Avanza's holdings, as well as insiders, the float should be razor thin...just waiting for some positive news.

Avanza owned 20,571,650 shares pre split last year. Post-split that's 2,077,944. Shouldn't be long before they file, too.

No, that's not true. I just looked at the SEC filings. According to the most recent file I found(DEF 14C filed on Oct 14, 2014), Nordnet owned 15,384,076 as of the record date of Sept 30, 2014. And the 2014 10K filed in April reported the same number. It shows that Nordnet is a long-term investor and didn't trade during this time period.

After the split, Nordnet should have 1,553,947 shares. I just looked at the most recent SEC file dated January 15, 2015. Nordnet now owns 2,050,304. It has purchased 496,357 shares after September 30, 2014, about 5 million shares pre-split.

I guess they are also waiting for the uplist:)It is indeed good news! If you own SIAF stocks and are wondering if you are in the right place, look at this fact and think again:)
