True - and that is why any lawsuits likely to come will have no merit IMO.

Ok - one positive for the pumpers is:

all of those unexercised warrants - around 38 million or so would not count towards O/S. Perhaps they can eventually get the financing they need with new series that may only cause say 30 million of dilution in the end ??
