There not converting debentures. Others are converting that OCFN owed monies to. The good news is the company is in the middle of a preferred stock offering and will be able to satisfy these debts. Once the debentures are gone the stock will move forward. Accumulate at these levels. As far as the buyback there are strict guidelines . I believe there bought back only 4,000,000 shares so far. Hang in there!!!
