The consensus rates it a BUY with a px tgt of $.40. Doesn't say who the consensus is comprised of.
Zack's rates it a HOLD with no px target. ( Was a Buy 6-7 weeks ago just before the big move up). Then downgraded to a Hold based I believe on the price at the time.
