Easy way for large co's to manipulate is having 3rd , 4th...> Private parties do the tag selling and buying. Hard to prove. But yesterday, (even as I stick with my general observation majority of pennies when go up for a few days ,then are flipped) , was really weird w/the excellent PR's!!!

The actual manipulator has a trading ban already. A lifetime trading ban. That won't stop people from using others to do their trading for them.
