#202750 RE: cheynew #202749

CSM certainly talked the talk about them being advanced in labeling and last minute changes and CEO Gerald Finken even filing for a patent for labeling controls. I can't find one other CEO of a CRO that files a patent for labeling controls and has the biggest labeling sabotage happen under his watch that he (Finken) was in total control of.

Peregrine took it on the chin and speaking up about what happened and what does Finken do? He goes off with another ex-CSM employee and now CEO of another CRO

If CSM is found at fault, every single one of the customers or clients that Finken has under the new company should be made aware but hold it, maybe he only takes on BMS jobs and they "understand" : )

cheynew, it is true that CSM was scrutinized by the IHub PPHM board members only afther we learned the name from the PPHM communications related to the "3rd party CRO" as they named them in the beginning.

And I do indeed not see PPHM start to look into that detail into the individuals that make up the company given they will have operated under the assumption that if CSM is on the CRO list of the FDA the FDA did his jobs and will not allow people that would already have been involved with hanky-panky of clinicaltrials while at an other company to be part of it.

Yet we know that today CSM was involved, via JB, in such incident and the Finken took over the trial without taking the care to look back into what he received from JB when he took over (irresponsible, he didn't know what he took over and we all know what the consequences now are for PPHM) and yet he starts another company.

And he starts it with the co-patent holder of the labelling method, Schlecht ! (which buy the way means BAD in German and Dutch). So let's hope all together that the FDA doesn't grant them some "certification" related to CRO activities or sub-activities such as labelling.

But why am I under the impression the FDA might do just that?
