The subject is Eddie's ongoing scam, not whichever date happens to be attached to the most recent version of that scam.

He's been peddling the same "smoked foods" BS for over a decade. Just because he ever so slightly renames it every few years is meaningless. Same scam, same fake product, same criminals running it.

In it, you'll note that this latest version of the scam simply replaces the previous version of the scam:

This Agreement supersedes and terminates the Processing Agreement entered into between Smokey Systems, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, and SPI, dated January 10, 2001.

Same fake deal with Maryanne's, same scamsters running the scam, same failure to deliver a single penny of sales... just a new name and some paperwork.

The bio provide for Eddie in the filing lays out how he's been running a version of the same scam since the late 70s, in fact:
