I guess you're new to pink and OTC BB.

(1) OTC BB listing can take at least 6 months, that's for a brand new and CLEAN shell with no operating history. Upfront lawyers/financial audit fee $150-200K minimum. The current price for a clean OTC BB shell with no business sells for $550K minimum. Yes, this is a good and profitable business.

If a company has been in busness and wants to be listed to OTC BB, it can take over a year or more. Besides have audited financials for the past years, in the final phase, SEC will raise questions and send inquires on operating history, financials, or anything they like, you have to wait 3-4 weeks for a reply from SEC. If they send you another letter in the second round or more rounds, you have to wait for another 3-4 weeks for a reply. I suggest you post a question on ABEW or SWTS board and ask them how long have they've been waiting for the OTC BB listing since submitted audited financials since last year.

(2) The AS is 5 billion shares. With 3.8 billion shares outstanding, the maximum amount shares the company can dump before the forward split is 2 billion shares. A change of corporate Artilce /proxy is needed to increase AS.

We all know when the AS is maxed out and what's going to happen, we're here waiting for that.

(3) They - are these bought at 0.0001 or 0.0002. No company would sell shares through TDCM/UBSS/NITE retail brokers at the same time, these were the sellers Friday. Just ask the BB board who're still in CSJJ and who bought/sold Friday!
