Of course it was Herper, lol, to write it up. I am sure there will be many lawsuits to come in the future, Google and apple and other mega companies get hit with frivolous complaints all the time. The article reads like revenge to me and a non issue. Soon -Shiong will continue with his roll out and we should know plans for KEYO Soon.

Well...I recently filed and won a similar lawsuit so this is the plaintiffs challenge...they need to prove they complained about the fraud beforehand to a legitimate source...not at the water cooler. It all depends on what evidence each has and if they did threaten PSS and ask for money they could well be going to jail. I see a counter suit coming on this one from Nant.
