The pop up restaurant was for the consumption of the marks, who actually wanted to see the old man do something for the first time since failure struck him out in 1984. Besides persistently wagging his tongue about his Horatio Alger story, that is! AKA: The never ending quest for failure!! HAHAHAHAHAHA

You can't buy the exact same products that Smoky Market offers. The products "established" companies offer on the market are of lower quality, higher water content, and made with artificial fillers, and less value. The original "smoked baked technique" Smokey Market offers provides superior taste. Without the artificial fillers, and high water content your company pumps into the food to compensate for their shrinkage in their cooking techniques.
And this is a growing niche. Smoked foods are part of the emerging foods in 2015. Smoky's cooking techniques is perfected, and better tasting than that crappy tasting, artificial bloated fatty stuff your "buddies" sell. LOL.. People are going to love our great taste, competitive price and most importantly value. Nice story. I'm sure this company is putting it's best foot forward, in all it's plans, and will wait and see what develops.
