LOL, a little DD helps. Like seeing an acquisition of a (theoretically) revenue generating company by a pinkie with no assets or revenues.

You KNOW there's going to be a lot of new shares issued and when the company fails to report the deal details, it's a good bet it's far worse than anyone imagined.
