Again, now I finally see why it is so hard to carry on a rational conversation with you pertaining to MSEP because you admittedly do not know how to read nor interpret an SEC filing; whether it be a Form 4 or 10QSB or 10KSB. Hopefully once you are enlightened you may be rational and be able to comprehend what is happening. MMs making buys look like sells and other market malarkey is not the reason MSEP is down 95% in one year.
