Nobody "loaned" Akimbo money. They gave Akimbo money in exchange for a percentage stake in the company. Now that stake is converted into PYDS stock.

The latest form D filed with the SEC says there were 27 investors in Akmibo who received stock in PYDS when the sale was complete.
