Regardless the lawyers obviously made him disclose his compensation... even if he did put up some funding.

Doesn't work that way. Where's the dollar figure he paid? And NTEK is clearly listed as compensated, if it were private placement there isn't even a need to disclose it. Whoops

Hats off to Big! That's putting your money where your mouth is.
Talk about believing in NTEK's future show me one other that put up 250K for shares that were restricted. Kudos to him he backed his belief with his hard earned money! Go NTEK!!!
