When Mark Smith was asked in one of his interviews if he thought the " Elk Creek Project" was easier to do than the " Mountain Pass Project " was? Oh, Yes! for one thing we only have one metal resource to think about, not 17! replied Smith Lol.
It has taken 40+ years,....( off and on) to get to this stage, let's not complicate matters about the rare earths at Elk Creek, that do exist! but unless you want to wait another 5 or 10 years more! be careful what you wish for, lol..consider this just some more sugar to sweeten the deal, for the eventual buyer. IMHO
