Odessa99, where you been, man. Been looking for your posts. Thanks for that explanation. That makes sense but doubt it will skyrocket our PPS anytime soon. Those without your and others knowledge of these reports will simply take it as bad and sell and look for another quick flip. The company could release a PR in a week or so with something and we could turn the corner-just don't know. But thanks again-always look forward to your posts.

Loss from operations of $255,246.

Which is why they had to borrow a similar amount in new toxic debt for the qtr

Fantastic explanation of Derivative Embedded Liability!! There was no new debt of 5 million, it is an accounting measure... No new debt. Those that understand how to read a 10Q will make big bucks here. :)
