And that is the apartment of one Pritesh Kumar. Using Zabasearch we find:

And doing a whois search for Phytosciences.com we find:

Registrant Street: 233 west braodway
Registrant Street: apt 503
Registrant City: Louisville
Registrant State/Province: Kentucky
Registrant Postal Code: 40202

Sorry, but no matter how you look at it - Phytosciences offices are in a apartment.
