If it was a scam, it would have been shut down already, imo. Sec really cracked down on dark tickers. This one would have been a massive red flag a year ago and they were looking for tickers selling billions of shares with no information or fillings. Yet this is still trading. Something is in the works here. I'm holding to find out.
