I think you forgot one:

The reduction in income was due primarily to increased staffing for the technical development of Clipstream, increased director compensation and a decline in the value of the Euro, resulting in a reduction in European revenue.

i.e., "increased director compensation". So, they ran the share price from about 1.95 down to about .40 and then decided to give themselves a raise. Nice!
