Yes, massive dilution under the pretense of a relatively small market cap and thats before they take on more toxic money to keep this thing afloat.

PXYN is merely a conduit to extract cash. Theres no real business here, its all generated by marketing services whoch can disappear in a snap on a finger. PXYN has nothing proprietary and are simply being used by TPS to keep the receivables in PXYN and take clean cash out.
