Funds for the WOMP/Michigan deal are to be held in escrow by Carl N. Duncan. Duncan is the recently defrocked lawyer by the S.E.C. and is who is now listed as a secretary to Randall Goulding at the Securities Counselors.
Fantastic research, as usual. No doubt there will be screams of "get shorty" to deflect from the stink of IJJPs structure. But smart traders know better.
I find it quite interesting that IJJP states in a recent PR that Green Science Inc is the licensed MMJ producer in Michigan yet the Michigan Sec. of State doesn't have a listing for Green Science.
