For a quick look at the statements of expectation to commercialize, you can go here:

http://www.nanalyze.com/2014/08/will-sigma-labs-finally-deliver-on-their-promises/

However, looking at the more recent forward looking statements, specifically INSPECT would be commercialized no later than Q3 2014 and that DEFORM will be commercialized no later than Q1 2015, it appears that Sigma is more accurate in their time estimates. Largely, the real Commercialization is not going to begin until GE is either in possession of or going to shortly be in possession of machines for the Auburn plant. Other OEMs are not likely to be ready nor willing to jump in just yet. GE and their history with the JTDA is the most likely customer. Once they demonstrate confidence in PR3D then others will come along, perhaps before NIST offers standards.

What Sigma does and when it does it are less under the control of Sigma at this time than under the control of GE. The conference call the 23rd may provide some forward guidance of value. Have to wait and see.
