Probably not a stock swap as he's selling the JV not buying into Fresnillo. Part of purchase may be in shares but Mexus need is cash to operate not a bankable equity shows only bottom line. BUT any bright enough to accept his offer by meeting terms and too dumb to not buy some 3 cent shares as well utill announced? I wouldn't need them as a partner. Only need is take care is not termed insider windfall. Be contract between the 2 Mexico subsids I'd feel. Then not be smart to ask your JV to dilute more still what you've taken with more issue and better for us as well. But I'd gladly take some for a good steep rise in few more trading or restricted. 8
