Why? Nothing changed most recently! SAFC is an non-reporting stock now which means you can not expect the company to issue the fluff news to dilute the OS in the fast and heavy way then an huge R/S kick in which is very good for the shareholders, right? Anyway that is why I prefer to invest in those non-reporting stocks like SAFC...
