No doubt. They want to hit and run, plus the overall market is a bit shaky today. It was all good on the call as far as what I heard, but there will be a need for capital soon if they do not get the revenues coming in. That said the grant dollars should start soon is what I heard in the call. They need to up the revenues and keep cutting the loss like they are.
