I believe people are calling it a "Super 8K" because it has the possibility to be insanely packed full of deals and information of what they are into and doing. On the other hand it could also be very bad(which is less likely) and could tank the stock further.
Its like buying a lottery ticket. If the 8k is good this will jump 100's of percents a day for awhile into pennyland. If bad well we sit around for awhile and churn like now.
Its a great entry point could make some people very rich.
