'Brad S'? I'm more inclined to agree with you! There's far too many people that lost too much monies here and the first moment this gets a BID, the only thing that will be fought for here would be the exists!
There will be flyby flippers passing through here to test the hunger levels!
If no one bites, they'll move on and all is quiet here again..

the only thing keeping this alive are stragglers who haven't quite "Got It" that all is a lost cause here.
