Really, what? There has to be at least 7 or 8 private Fabio companies that do "direct selling" that you have stated on more than 5 occasions were part of this share selling scheme.
There's nothing here except the $100 fee per "space computer" that might be sold sometime the 1st half of 2015 or not. If investors read the 8-K/A Fabio has given reason after reason after reason after reason as to why sales nor any level of success will not be obtained. Even stated that Fabio's assets and Fabio himself is outside the US and are untouchable.
