The ruling occurred 6/30/14, and we were waiting for the defendants to file a contention.

I received an email from the attorneys, they said they are awaiting approval from the court for dispersal of the funds.

I received an email last night that indicated that they 'expect' to distribute the settlement in the next 30 days.

I received my check for about $4 per share the other day.
