The LOI with Enigma has expired however the recent filing of the 10-K and the 10-Q means they are soon to be current on OTC.com once the BCSC reviews the filings (due to BC management.) That may take a week or two knowing how they move. What is unclear is why all of a sudden they decided to bring this up to current status, we should know soon enough.
