Eagerly waiting the 10K here. according to Bob, auditors are working on it.

Bottom line, no operating cash to generate revenues......no financing for operating cash.......no new shares for financing.........no new shares until 10 K filed with the SEC.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's the way I see it.
