Will they not let your order run order through? I bought these extra cheepies with Merrill. You should be able to buy with Scottrade(i have scottrade and bought Canadian grey). Just put in tickerVTCQ and I believe it has to be a limit order. If not, just call and they can place trade. You should be able to buy though. Please let me know. I have 2 scottrade accounts too but really only use Merrell now because I get 30 free trades.

Call scottrade directly and tell them you would like to put in a buy order. Whatever price you want. Its no different then doing it on line except you have to do it by phone for the greys.
You have to call scottrade and place order. I couldn't do it either so I called local office and placed order. I got filled this am. Let's go worldwide vita.
