There hasn't been anything new to complain about as the company is doing what appears to be the right things now,... and most of the old complaints are starting to look really silly, dated, or incorrect now.

:D

I view the shift to nit-picking the trivial things as a good sign.

There's no real room to complain now about TOX not getting started,... as it sure has and we should be hearing something soon as to what progress has been made.

There's no real room to complain now about NNVC not owning the factory it will need to produce it's Clinical 'Cide material,... as that's now being done and finalized.

There's no real room to complain now about whether the Ebolacide gambit is going to get a fair test,.... as the CRADA is worked out and we're only waiting for the go-ahead from USAMRIID to ship.

I'm sure we'll hear a few more times about how 'the company cannot make more than 200 g of 'Cide / year',.... but that argument will get flushed down the crapper soon enough.

Moving along nicely now,.....

I promise to stop as soon as they get it right. Maybe they see a value to overstating their holdings...maybe it makes them feel good. You might want to consider that some institutional investors evaluate corporate governance and compliance practices when they make their investment decisions and these "mistakes" would be as obvious to them as they are to me. The problem is compounded when insider ownership is overstated in the press.

Institutional investors will be as puzzled when they try to reconcile the press clippings to the filings as they are when they try to find NanoViricides in the alphabetical listing of the New York Stock Exchange.
