Thanks for sharing what you find. I've been wondering if the main reason why they have been quiet is due to the civil suit. Trying to demonstrate they aren't a rich, publicly traded company that has lots of assets to go after. Wouldn't be surprised for them to become active again as soon as the case is closed. Hope that ends up being soon.

Thanks Tex...correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't the civil suit rap up at the end of this month? I thought I saw the date 01/29/15 for a decision to be made...
