Who do you think will grant it first, FDA or WHO? As I understand Vietnam is working closely with WHO. Anyways, any positive news will have an interesting positive effect on the PPS as there now will be 800K shares less and 700K less options. I don't know if these have been cancelled yet but if they have not been , I am sure Dr. Seymour will be eager to do so ASAP!
