SAGD needs capital to do promotion so somehow Parks needs shares he can sell for promotion and his own salary. I don't think anyone is buying shares thinking he will actually build a business.
Wonder why someone with communications degree does so little communicating? Or why IR person doesn't return calls ?
If FCGD merged with SAGD maybe that could triple SAGD price overnight.
