That is your reasoning/DD for a long term investment here?!?!... We've been hearing this about SFMI and GHDC for years. No one ever posts any sound reasoning to invest long, because THERE ISN'T ANY.

A tiger cannot change its stripes. Its flawed from top to bottom, like all the other worthless tickers... repost...

CQ stepping down means nothing considering that he is a major part of SFMIs operations In Idaho. The rest of the family/friend group are located in Florida and still control this board.

I don't see the change being reflected in the financials, in the rate of dilution or their decision making since he left, which matters more than anything else.

This horrible business plan cannot be corrected by new management imo. It was designed to enrich insiders. Its flawed from top to bottom, which is why it has lost 90% since they announced it.

These low margin long-term leases provide no room to grow, unless they find new locations willing to shut down and replace all of their current machines with these outdated/used machines... Realistically, how easy is it to land more deals when you consider they don't even have anymore machines to lease? All of these leases were buddy to buddy deals, I highly doubt they can convince any new casinos or card rooms to change their current machines out and do business with a company that was just created. GHDC has no cash and is losing 6 figures per quarter, no savvy businessperson would.

All this is, is a pump and dump. The proof is in the recent highly dilutive promotion deal they signed with convicted fraudster... No legit company gives out so much equity for so little, unless they plan to line their pockets into the BS hype/lies.

Carmine, do you think they could make some settlement with B.E. at the last minute, and pay off their other debts and thus repair the old status quo (e.g. .0032), this year, 2015?
