this is a good guess at the makeup of the two average trade prints---don't have time to figure out the average price--football is on :-)

as far as adding stock out of the blue--as stated, I know nothing of this ticker's situation but if there is a note converter selling, this is how it happens in most cases...

ps....the bid/ask at the time of the print is meaningless as the trades occurred at a different time frame away from the current b/a..
