Allow me to shed some light on the "WE THREE" acquisition and divestiture. Yes, ARNH did acquire "WE Three" with what is referred to as contingencies. These contingencies were not met and "WE Three" opted out of the contract with ARNH. "WE Three" has subsequently been acquired, for $1m, by Cardiff International. However, Cardiff acquired "WE Three" from "We Three" directly as ARNH had no stake in "WE Three" since they opted out of the buyout.
What is interesting is the former CEO of ARNH is the one who acquired "WE Three" on behalf of ARNH with contingencies. She then resigned from ARNH, and became CEO of CDIF - (Cardiff) who subsequently acquired "WE Three."
I could go on here with my views but my strong opinion is that ARNH is not a buy, has very little value if any value and as of this writing I doubt that anyone who invested in ARNH stock can actually describe what type of business they are in assuming they have a business - which I believe no business exist.
My opinions as always.
