Now that you mention it, yes, I have seen delayed MVTG buying days and weeks after major news on MVTG for years and zero volume on news days, like on days when they announced a patent issued.
You must admit, there is a huge story and huge amount of detail to digest with MVTG for new wouldbe buyers. Many large investors I brought in had trouble for weeks (even 10-12 weeks) moving cash and setting up penny stock broker accounts to buy in and new buyers new to penny stocks have the same problems. Those are long term longs, not flippers. Most junk stocks have a pump crew with free shares, and cash to buy early and start a huge rally so they dump into rising volume they started. MVTG does not do this. Buying MVTG here is like buying Google back in the early days.
The CEO also has a road show history that starts about now and runs into May each year where he promotes the stock, and sends new buyers to buy retail. That is about to overlap timing wise with the ERC and MRFC E-vehicle news cycles where they are showcased on display :-)
Also, the entire market seems to be thinking of following oil in a nose dive. I hope AA earnings tonight turn that around.
