Can't have a 10k and pictures? That logic though.

Pictures don't state revenues - in this case non-existent.

Pictures have nothing to do with the financials of a company.

Pictures don't discuss in print current operational results.

Pictures do not give managerial guidance for the coming fiscal year.

Only in the microcap world are past "pictures" given the same weight as a forthcoming 10K SEC filing. If only one could persuade the SEC, and PCAOB to view website pictures with the same weight as fillings, and bogus valuations. That's logic though.
