So did the Geo guy say why they weren't working with Delta? Had they completed the project they were hired for?

It's hard enough to get ApexGeoscience to return email let alone to answer questions regarding one of there clients like DMXP by phone call. Before there website went under for rework you remember that there staff including there board was a whopping 15 to 25 people. And if you do a search for ApexGeoscience on the net, you will find them involved with alot of major and junior mining companies. Without any form of electronic or print media being posted, I don't believe your statement that ApexGeoscience has dropped DMXP.

It took them 2 months from Aug 05 to Oct of that same year to just place magnetic sensors and map with GPS. How long do you think it would take for them to trench and dig for core samples. Delta Mining and Exploration Prepares for Second Phase of Ground Work. Remember that news header, that press release was out on 1/31/06. They were trying to set up a schedual for Apex to do the phase 2 coreing and trench work. For the sake of argument lets say that they got an answer from Apex on 2/1/06. Apex, being so involved with other companies could have schedualed the phase 2 work for sometime in the summer. You have to remember that Apex is not at the beck and call of DMXP to go do work when they say there ready.

Remember that Delta, Apex and all of those other companies are in it for the long haul. They most likely know that the land is not going anywhere so what does it matter if work starts today or 6 months from today. They only people that it hurts are the shorters and also the daytraders. And as I said before, if you look at todays level II you will still see multimillion block share interest in this subpenny.
