Where is this "exchange"? We all know where the NYSE is, as well as NASDAQ and OTCM. Shoot, I have even been to the P Coast, both locations, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

If this is going to be complete in the next 8 to 10 weeks, it has to be somewhere.
