Thanks Alvie, that is helpful information. While the issue related to Siegmund is not related to Bourque Industries, it may be helpful for future reference and caution, should Siegmund be involved in future Bourque Industries business.

This case had to do with a former employer of Siegmund. He left the employer and set up his own business in conjunction with another customer. Former employer sued. It has been in the courts for some time with no resolution
